How to Sign-Up
A Cummins distributor can submit the name of a customer with an engine over one million miles by sending an email to [email protected]. In your email, please include the following information about the customer.
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- ESN (Engine Serial Number)
- Your Cummins Distributor's name and phone number
We will contact the customer to obtain additional information prior to sending out the Club Member kit.
